01
Definitions and Scope
In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information relating to an identified or reasonably identifiable person. “Processing” includes collecting, recording, organising, storing, reviewing, using, sharing, restricting or deleting information. “Account” means a personal pdn99 profile used to access the relevant service features.
This policy applies to information processed through pdn99 and related account-support activities. It covers visitors, registered players and persons who communicate with pdn99. Anonymous or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify an individual may fall outside the definition of personal information, although pdn99 still seeks to handle such information responsibly.
Payment services, banking networks and game systems may have their own operational responsibilities. This policy explains the pdn99 role but does not replace privacy information issued by an independently responsible bank, e-wallet provider or other service operator.
02
Information pdn99 May Collect
The information collected by pdn99 depends on how a person uses the service. A website visitor may provide less information than a registered player requesting a withdrawal. Data categories may include:
- Full name and date of birth
- Email address and phone number
- Residential and account details
- Government identity information
- Deposit and withdrawal records
- Device and browser information
- Casino and sports activity
- Support communications
pdn99 may also process security records, login history, IP address, approximate location, session times, bonus activity, responsible gambling settings and account-review notes. Where reasonably necessary, pdn99 may request evidence of payment ownership, address or source of funds.
Some of this information may be sensitive because it concerns identity documents, finances or gambling behaviour. pdn99 seeks to limit access to personnel and service functions that require the information for an authorised purpose.
03
How Personal Information Is Collected
pdn99 may collect information directly when a player registers, updates account details, completes KYC, deposits MYR, requests a withdrawal, accepts a promotion, sets a responsible gambling limit or contacts support. Information may also be generated automatically when the website or account is used.
Transaction information may be received from supported payment channels. Depending on current cashier availability, these may involve Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong. pdn99 should receive only the information needed to identify, reconcile, secure or investigate the relevant transaction.
Game and betting records may be generated when a player uses slots, live casino tables, EPL or Liga Super Malaysia markets, UFC markets or other pdn99 entertainment categories. Those records can include the stake, selection, odds, result, time, game session and associated account balance movement.
04
Purposes of Data Processing
pdn99 may process personal information to establish and administer accounts, verify identity and age, operate casino and sports features, complete MYR transactions, provide support and maintain accurate records. Processing may also be required to prevent fraud, investigate unauthorised access, detect duplicate accounts and protect the integrity of promotions.
Account and gambling information may be reviewed to enforce the pdn99 Terms & Conditions, identify irregular betting activity, manage disputes and apply responsible gambling controls. For example, a self-exclusion record must be retained and checked so that pdn99 can seek to prevent restricted account access.
Where permitted, pdn99 may use limited service information to understand website performance, fix technical issues and improve navigation for users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and elsewhere. Information should not be repurposed incompatibly without an appropriate basis or notice.
Legal and Operational Grounds
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to perform the user agreement, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate security interests, establish or defend claims, protect vital interests or act on valid consent. pdn99 will consider the applicable requirement when determining the appropriate ground.
05
KYC, Financial and Payment Information
pdn99 may require KYC checks to confirm a player's identity, age, address and payment ownership. Such checks support account security, fraud prevention and withdrawal review. A player may be asked to provide a government-issued identity document, a current proof of address or an appropriately limited payment record.
pdn99 does not encourage users to send more information than requested. Unless specifically required through a secure process, a payment document should not expose complete card security codes, passwords or unrelated transaction history. Documents must be genuine, readable and connected to the verified account holder.
Payment records may include an MYR amount, transaction reference, method, date, status and limited recipient or sender details. pdn99 may use these records to confirm deposits, process eligible withdrawals, investigate a delayed DuitNow or FPX transfer and address disputes. Payment providers may process information under their own legal responsibilities.
06
Cookies, Analytics and Device Information
pdn99 may use cookies and comparable browser storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, support security and understand how website functions perform. Essential technologies may be required for login continuity, fraud controls, load balancing and other core pdn99 operations.
Device information can include browser type, operating system, screen characteristics, IP address, language, time zone and diagnostic events. pdn99 may review this information to identify unusual login activity, resolve display issues and improve mobile performance on commonly used devices in Malaysia.
Browser controls may allow some cookies to be removed or blocked. Disabling essential storage can affect account access or prevent parts of pdn99 from working correctly. Any non-essential tracking that requires consent should be managed according to the consent options presented to the user.
07
When Information May Be Disclosed
pdn99 does not treat personal information as a product for unrestricted sale. Information may be disclosed to carefully selected service functions when reasonably necessary to operate the website, verify identity, process payments, host data, secure accounts, provide games, investigate misuse or answer support requests.
Recipients may include payment processors, verification specialists, technical hosting providers, security teams, professional advisers and competent authorities. pdn99 seeks to limit disclosures to information relevant to the recipient's assigned purpose and may use contractual or organisational controls where appropriate.
Information may also be disclosed when required by valid legal process, to report suspected fraud, to protect a person from serious harm, to defend legal rights or in connection with a legitimate business restructuring. A restructuring does not remove the obligation to protect personal information under applicable requirements.
08
International Data Processing
Online services can involve technical systems or providers operating in more than one country. As a result, pdn99 information may be processed outside Malaysia where hosting, security, verification, payment or game-support functions are located.
Privacy standards can differ between jurisdictions. Where safeguards are required, pdn99 may rely on contractual obligations, risk reviews, access restrictions or other lawful transfer measures. International processing should remain limited to a defined service or compliance purpose.
Players may contact pdn99 if they require general information about the categories of recipients or locations involved in processing, subject to security, confidentiality and legal limitations.
09
Security Measures and Data Retention
pdn99 applies reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. Measures may include access controls, account authentication, monitoring, encryption in appropriate contexts, staff confidentiality requirements, backups and incident-response procedures.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Players contribute to account safety by using a unique password, protecting their device, keeping one-time PINs private and reporting suspicious activity promptly. pdn99 may temporarily restrict access or transactions while a credible security concern is investigated.
pdn99 retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and accounting requirements. Retention periods can vary by category. KYC, payment and self-exclusion records may need to remain available after an account closes.
When information is no longer required, pdn99 may securely delete it, anonymise it or isolate it from ordinary operational use. A deletion request cannot override a mandatory retention duty or a legitimate need to preserve evidence for an active dispute.
10
Accuracy, Automated Review and Account Decisions
Players should keep pdn99 account information accurate and current. An incorrect name, phone number, e-wallet identifier or bank detail can delay verification and withdrawals. pdn99 may request updated evidence where existing records appear incomplete, inconsistent or expired.
Security and risk tools may automatically flag unusual activity, such as repeated failed logins, duplicate registrations, rapid payment changes or patterns associated with bonus abuse. A flag may lead to a manual review rather than an automatic conclusion that a player has breached the rules.
Where an automated process produces a significant account effect and applicable law provides a review right, the player may request appropriate human consideration. pdn99 may still protect confidential fraud-detection methods and information relating to other users.
11
Privacy Choices and User Requests
Subject to applicable conditions, a person may ask pdn99 whether personal information is being processed, request access to eligible records, correct inaccurate details, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis or request deletion or restriction.
pdn99 may need to verify the identity of a requester before releasing or changing account information. This protects players against fraudulent requests. A response may be limited where disclosure would reveal another person's information, compromise security controls or conflict with a legal obligation.
Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing invalid. It may also affect a pdn99 feature that cannot operate without the relevant information. For example, deleting essential KYC or payment records may not be possible while a withdrawal, dispute or mandatory retention period remains active.
12
Age Restriction and Responsible Gambling Data
pdn99 is intended only for adults aged 21 and above who are legally eligible to participate. pdn99 does not knowingly permit underage account use. If age cannot be verified or there is reason to believe a minor has registered, the account may be restricted while the matter is reviewed.
Responsible gambling information can include deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion instructions, support conversations and account-risk indicators. pdn99 uses this information to apply requested controls, identify potential harm and prevent attempts to bypass restrictions through another account.
Because self-exclusion is a protective measure, pdn99 may retain enough identifying information to continue enforcing it after the main account is closed. Players should provide accurate information when requesting a restriction and must not attempt to avoid an active exclusion.
13
Policy Changes and Contact Us
pdn99 may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology, legal requirements or processing practices change. The revised policy will display an updated effective date. Where a material change requires separate notice or consent, pdn99 will take reasonable steps to provide it.
Questions about this policy or an eligible privacy request may be directed to the pdn99 website support team. Include your account identifier, the nature of the request and enough information to verify your identity. Do not send a password, one-time PIN or complete banking credentials.

pdn99 will review requests within a reasonable period, taking account of complexity, verification needs and applicable requirements. If additional time or information is needed, the requester may be informed where appropriate.
